Fire Safety Is Our Priority

The Spruce Grove Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 3021, established in 1985, is a professional organization dedicated to representing and advocating for the brave men and women who serve as firefighters in the city of Spruce Grove. With a humble beginning of just four members, the association has grown significantly over the years and currently serves over 50 dedicated individuals.

As an affiliate of the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), Local 3021 operates under the principles of unity, solidarity, and professionalism. Its mission is to ensure the well-being, rights, and interests of its members, while fostering a safe and inclusive working environment for all firefighters.

Since its inception, Local 3021 has played a vital role in promoting the welfare of its members and advancing the fire service profession in Spruce Grove. The association is committed to protecting the rights and benefits of its members, including fair wages, adequate working conditions, and comprehensive health and safety measures.

In addition to advocating for its members, the Spruce Grove Fire Fighters Association IAFF Local 3021 actively engages with the community it serves. Firefighters are not only highly skilled in emergency response and fire suppression but also act as pillars of support for the community during times of crisis. Through various outreach programs and initiatives, Local 3021 aims to raise awareness about fire safety, provide education on prevention strategies, and promote community resilience.

These firefighters undergo rigorous training and continuously update their skills to ensure they can effectively handle any emergency situation.
